Standard Jaguar Owners Web Ring Control Panel

This panel is provided to your, ready to insert into your page without modification. You get the code via e-mail initially when you register and each time you modify your member profile. It contains information specific to your and your site (Your name, e-mail address, site name, and Jaguar Owners Web Ring Site ID)

Standard "HTMLfragment" Code
(provided when you register and update your member profile.)

This code has not been modified to work for a particular site yet. When you submit your registration request, you will be sent working code specific to your site. Do not attempt to use this sample code on your site - it will not work.

Miniature Navigation Panel

You may wish to place a smaller version of the control panel on your site. For this reason we are providing an example of this control panel here. Please be warned that you should have some familiarity with HTML and text editors to use this version of the Jaguar Owners Web Ring control panel. You will need to make several small changes in the code below to make it work on your site. Here is the panel and the code, along with instructions for modifying it to work on your site. Copy this text to a Notepad and save it. Be sure to copy the instructions too. Or you may bookmark this page and come back later.

Instructions for Mini Panel

In order to use the Mini-panel code above on your site, there are some changes you must make.

Fields to replace
    YOUR_NAME - replace with your member Name
    YOUR_EMAIL - replace with your e-mail address
    YOUR_ID - replace with your member id number

Optionally (to change image shown)
  http://masjaguar.com/jowr/jowr_mini_logo.gif - replace with image file name from list below

YOUR_NAME

Replace Every
    YOUR_NAME
With
    Your actual Name

    Example:

    If your name was "Martha Stewart" you would do the following:

        Replace Every:    YOUR_NAME
        With:         Martha Stewart

Note: If you really were Martha Stewart, you'd probably have your assistant do this...

YOUR_EMAIL

Replace Every
    YOUR_EMAIL
With
    Your actual e-mail address

    Example:

    If your e-mail address were "billgates@microsoft.com" you would do the following:

        Replace Every:    YOUR_EMAIL
        With:         billgates@microsoft.com

Note: If you really were Bill Gates, you probably wouldn't be doing this...

YOUR_ID

Replace Every
    YOUR_ID
With
    Your actual Jaguar Owners Web Ring ID

    Example:

    If your Jaguar Owners Web Ring Member ID was "7", you would do the following:

        Replace Every: YOUR_ID
        With:         7

Note: The Member ID "7" is owned by the Jaguar Owners Web Ring. Do not replace 'YOUR_ID' in your code with "7" - your panel will not work correctly.
